Conditions of Order

We will notify you by e-mail to confirm that we have recieved your order. Shipping charges are 36 SEK (approx. 3,90 EUR) outside of Sweden.

DELIVERY

We send your goods within 2-3 days of recieved order. We deliver by post and for countries outside Sweden expect a delivery time of up to 7 -10 working days.

RETURNS

Kurtis wants happy customers. As a customer you have the right to return your goods within 30 days of purchase if you are not happy with it. Please contact us info@kurtisbaby.se if you wish to make a return.You will pay freight charge and we will replace the product or refund your money at your option.

If your merchandise is defect it can be returned within 90 days of the original invoice date. Kurtis will pay the freight charge on any defect returns. It’s important to us to have happy customers, so please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any comments on our products or service.
